RETURNS POLICY: HIRE ITEMS ONLY

Important Note: The return policy outlined here applies specifically to "hired" items, not new purchases or clearance sale items.

In-Person Return: Bring your hired suit to our North Sydney Showroom. Need delivery? Ask us about Sherpa delivery within Sydney. If using your courier, let us know and ensure they return the suit during our business hours with shipping or tracking details. Please note, this is at your risk, especially if items go missing.

Simple Returns and Exchanges: We want you to love your suit from Mr. Fierze! We accept suit hire returns and offer exchanges, refunds, or replacements if:

  • The suit is faulty or not of acceptable quality.
  • The suit doesn't match the invoice that was paid.

Just show us your Mr. Fierze receipt or invoice, along with the proof of the error at hand. Compensation won't be provided if the fault is on the hirer's end.

Your Suit Choices, Your Responsibility: Assume you've chosen the suit styles, but if you need guidance, ask us for instructions. It's up to you to ensure the suit suits your purpose. We're not liable for design or functionality issues.

Simple Rental Terms: Charges start when you've fully paid for your suit look with signed T&C’s and end upon return. Late returns incur daily charges. If it's really late without contacting us, debt collection and legal action will be involved. Any customer-arranged deliveries are at your risk.

Taking Care of Your Suit: Return the suit complete and undamaged. Charges apply for lost, unreturned, or damaged items. If you opted for insurance, repair or replacement costs are limited to the insurance excess.

RETURNS POLICY: CLEARANCE SALE ITEMS

Important Note: The return policy described here applies specifically to "clearance sale" items, hired and retired items that have been used, and not new purchases.

Simple Guidelines for Clearance Sale Items:

  • No Refunds: Unfortunately, we don't offer refunds for Clearance Sale items. Make sure to choose wisely as these items are final sale.
  • Sizing and Condition: Be extra careful when selecting your size and assessing the condition of the suit before purchasing. We want you to love what you get!

RETURNS POLICY: NEW ITEM PURCHASES

Important Note: This return policy is designed just for our fantastic customers who've purchased new items, not applicable to hired or clearance sale goodies.

14-Day Return Policy: You've got 14 days after receiving your new purchase to decide. We want you to love it!

Eligibility:

  • Item must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  • Keep the receipt or proof of purchase handy.

How to Start a Return: Email us at info@mrfierze.com to begin. Once accepted, send the item to Mr. Fierze, Shop 6, 225 Pacific Highway, North Sydney NSW 2060, and share the tracking number with us.

Damages or Issues: Inspect your order upon arrival. If it's defective, damaged, or the wrong item, let us know immediately with images. Stained or tried items (especially white shirts) won't be accepted.

Exchanges: Want something else? Return the item, and once accepted, we'll guide you on getting the right item or size.

Refunds: Change of mind? Return in original condition within the period for a full refund (excluding shipping and taxes). We'll notify you once we've processed your return, and you'll be refunded on your original payment method.
