HOW LONG DOES THE STYLING APPOINTMENT TAKE?
Styling appointments usually take approximately 20 minutes. Our appointments may run shorter if you have already looked at our website and know exactly what you’re after. Timings also vary if it is a groomsmen’s party fitting.
WHAT’S THE HIRE PROCESS LIKE?

DO WE HAVE TO PAY A DEPOSIT OR A BIG SECURITY BOND TO HIRE?
There is no security bond, however, we do require the hire value of the outfit to be paid in full up front so that we have the ability to secure your booking for your required dates.
HOW MANY DAYS DO I GET TO KEEP THE SUIT?
You generally have a 4 day period over the weekend. Extra charges will apply for extra days – please discuss this with your style consultant for alternative solutions in returning the hired outfit on time.

WHAT WOULD I EXPECT TO SPEND ON AVERAGE FOR AN OUTFIT?
You are looking at spending an average of $250.00 if you hire a completely styled smart casual outfit and an average of $350.00 for completely styled black tie outfits. This includes the hire value of a shirt, a pocket square, lapel pins, ties and alterations. Please note we do not sell shoes nor offer them to hire.
DO YOU GUYS ALTER THE SUITS?
The only alterations we offer for clients are false hemming of trousers and jacket sleeves, only if necessary. This is charged separately. Speak with one of our style consultants in store for more information.
DO WE HAVE TO DRY CLEAN THE SUIT PRIOR TO RETURNING?
Not at all. Dry cleaning is already included in the price of your hire. We cover the handling and efforts of dry cleaning for you.
CAN I JUST HIRE A PAIR OF TROUSERS OR INDIVIDUAL ITEMS?
You certainly can. You can only hire what you require for your event, whether that be a pair of cufflinks or a bow tie.
CAN I HIRE SUITS FOR MY GROOMSMEN WHEN I AM GETTING MARRIED?
Yes, you absolutely can. Mr. Fierze specialises in suiting up wedding parties. Refer to our WEDDINGS page for more information.
DO YOU OFFER MORNING COATS OR COATTAIL TUXEDOS?
No, we don't, unfortunately. We specialise in designer garments that are currently trending in fashion.
CAN I HIRE FROM INTERSTATE SIMPLY BY PROVIDING MY MEASUREMENTS?
Unfortunately, you cannot as we have trialled this and does not work with our service. Every suit varies in fit and fabric, which means that the wearability changes and your sizing may vary. As much as we provide sizing & measurement guides when clients provide measurements, they are never 100% accurate. Thus, we require all our clients to come in for a fitting in the showroom.
WILL THE HIRE PRICE BE LESS IF I HIRE IT FOR ONLY A DAY?
No. All hired items are allocated for a minimum of three days.
DO YOU HAVE MANY ACCESSORIES OPTIONS?
We certainly do, a very wide variety in fact – from Swarovski Cufflinks to Le Noeud Papillon Bespoke Bow Ties. It all depends on the level of budget that you are after.
CAN WE ALSO PURCHASE SUITS FROM YOU?
Yes, we now sell limited styles of suits – chiefly the products from our LOUNGE range and stock standard tuxedos.
CAN I RECIEVE A REFUND IF I HIRE AN OUTFIT BUT DON'T END UP WEARING IT?
No. All transactions are final once the hired items have been purchased and departed from the store. It is important to remember that we are not physically able to allow others to hire the same item if it is within your possession.
DO YOU PROVIDE SUITS FOR KIDS TO HIRE?
No, we don't unfortunately.
CAN I REFUND A HIRED ITEM I HAVE BOOKED FOR BEFORE TAKING IT? We always encourage clients to postpone dates rather than seek a refund. We are flexible in working with new event dates. If you would like to know more about refunds and postponements, talk to one of our style consultants.
